As a Store Manager and Optometrist, you’ll lead the store in Geneva with optical expertise, poise, and a genuine understanding of people. You’ll lead your team, strengthen the store, and create a place where advice feels personal and design speaks for itself.

DEINE MISSION
- Manage the store both operationally and professionally— clearly, systematically, and approachably.
- Take responsibility for sales figures and prepare monthly reports.
- Be an expert on all optical matters in the store.
- Conduct eye exams and analyze prescription values with precision.
- Advise customers honestly and with style — both optically and aesthetically.
- Perform technical adjustments directly in the store.
- Keep processes running smoothly: orders, inventory, product presentation.
- Contribute ideas that help the team and the store grow — step by step.
DEIN PROFIL
- Completed training or degree as an Optometrist
- Sales experience—ideally in fashion, design, or high-end products.
- Some leadership experience or the determination to take this step consciously.
- A passion for eyewear, design, and providing personalized advice.
- Sales talent with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Team player: reliable, open, and precise.
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
